Ashok Mahapatra is the CEO of UA Kathachitra.
Ashok went out to sea in 1973 and worked his way up to command ocean-going merchant ships. Thereafter, he joined the Government of India before being recruited by the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) in 1998.
He retired as the Director of the Maritime Safety Division (IMO). He currently consults for governments and private organisations in the Maritime Industry around the world.
Since his retirement, he has turned his sights to pursuing his creative passions by way of producing contemporary period art fims as well promoting young fresh talent with creative artistic vision and ideas.

୧୯୭୩ ରେ ଅଶୋକ ସମୁଦ୍ରକୁ ଯାଇ ସମୁଦ୍ର ଯାଉଥିବା ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ଜାହାଜକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଥିଲେ | ଏହା ପରେ, ସେ ୧୯୯୮ ରେ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ସଂଗଠନ (ଆଇଏମଓ) ଦ୍ୱାରା ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଭାରତ ସରକାରରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ।
ସେ ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗ (ଆଇଏମଓ) ର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଭାବରେ ଅବସର ନେଇଥିଲେ। ସେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସମଗ୍ର ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଶିଳ୍ପରେ ସରକାର ଏବଂ ବେସରକାରୀ ସଂସ୍ଥା ପାଇଁ ପରାମର୍ଶ କରୁଛନ୍ତି |
ଅବସର ପରେ ସେ ସମସାମୟିକ ପିରିୟଡ୍ ଆର୍ଟ ଫିମ୍ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କରିବା ସହିତ ସୃଜନାତ୍ମକ କଳାତ୍ମକ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିକୋଣ ଏବଂ ଚିନ୍ତାଧାରା ସହିତ ଯୁବ ତାଜା ପ୍ରତିଭାକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରି ନିଜର ସୃଜନଶୀଳ ଆବେଗକୁ ଅନୁସରଣ କରିବାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଆକର୍ଷଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି |
Vaidehi Krishnan is the Creative Director of UA Kathachitra
Vaidehi is a Costume Designer and Personal stylist from Mumbai. Working in both the Hindi and Marathi film and TV industries, she has a strong philosophy of everyday character design that’s marked through all her work.
She has been a costume designer in films like Josef Born in Grace as well as theatre plays like Mahendra Teredesai’s Thats all and Aditye Nair’s The Little boy who. She credits her work processes to her mentor and award-winning costume designer Sayli Soman, with whom she worked for over three years on projects like Baapjanma, Hampi, and Pipsi.
In addition, she is the Creative Director of both UA Kathachitra and UA Consulting.

ସେ “ଜୋସେଫ – ବରଂ ଇଂ ଗ୍ରାସ” ପରି ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ରରେ ଏବଂ ମହେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଟେରେଡେସାଇଙ୍କ “ଥଟ୍ସ ଳ” ଏବଂ ଆଦିତ୍ୟ ନାୟାରଙ୍କ “ଥେ ଲିଟିତଳେ ବୟ ଭୋ” ପରି ଥିଏଟର ନାଟକରେ ପୋଷାକ ଡିଜାଇନର୍ ଭାବରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ତାଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକୁ ତାଙ୍କ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ତଥା ପୁରସ୍କାର ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ପୋଷାକ ଡିଜାଇନର୍ ସେଲି ସମାନ କୁ ଶ୍ରେୟ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି, ଯାହାଙ୍କ ସହ ସେ “ବାପିଜନ୍ମ”, “ହାମପି” ଏବଂ “ପିପିସି” ପରି ପ୍ରୋଜେକ୍ଟରେ ତିନି ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ସମୟ କାମ କରିଥିଲେ।
ଏଥିସହ ସେ ଉଭୟ ଓ ଏ କଥାଚିତ୍ର ଏବଂ ଓ ଏ କଂସୁଳଟିଙ୍ଗ ର କ୍ରିଏଟିଭ୍ ଡାଇରେକ୍ଟର ଅଟନ୍ତି।

Ishan Mahapatra is a writer-producer who left a career in the corporate and startup world to work as Associate Executive Producer in the film “Josef – Born in Grace”. He has since jump-started a documentary series as well as worked towards getting Josef in over 14 international film festivals.
Using the expertise he gained in his MBA from Cass Business School, London, he is an exemplary Marketing Director of both UA Kathachitra and UA Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
He is currently writing UA Kathachitra’s next feature film with Vaidehi Krishnan.

ଇଶାନ ମହାପାତ୍ର ଜଣେ ଲେଖକ-ନିର୍ମାତା ଯିଏକି କର୍ପୋରେଟ ଏବଂ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ଦୁନିଆରେ କ୍ୟାରିୟର ଛାଡି “ଜୋସେଫ – ବରଂ ଇଂ ଗ୍ରାସ” ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ରରେ ଆସୋସିଏଟ୍ ଏକ୍ଜିକ୍ୟୁଟିଭ୍ ପ୍ରଡ୍ୟୁସର ଭାବରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହା ପରେ ସେ ଏକ ଡକ୍ୟୁମେଣ୍ଟାରୀ ସିରିଜ୍ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ସହିତ ୧୪ ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ମହୋତ୍ସବରେ “ଜୋସେଫ – ବରଂ ଇଂ ଗ୍ରାସ” ପାଇବା ଦିଗରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଥିଲେ |
ସେ କ୍ୟାସ୍ରେ ଭୁସିଙଏସ୍ରେ ସ୍କୁଲ, ଲଣ୍ଡନ ରୁ ଏମବିଏରେ ପାଇଥିବା ଅଭିଜ୍ଞତାକୁ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ସେ ଉଭୟ ଓ ଏ କଥାଚିତ୍ର ଏବଂ ଓ ଏ କଂସୁଳଟିଙ୍ଗ ର ଜଣେ ଆଦର୍ଶ ମାର୍କେଟିଂ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଅଟନ୍ତି।
