We’re delighted to announce that “The Salon” has been officially selected for screening at the Atlanta Indian Film Festival 2022
It will run on the 23rd and 24th of September at Aurora Cineplex, Atlanta, GA.
The Salon had its World Premiere at IDSFFK in December 2021, its international premiere at IFF Stuttgart in July 2022, Bengaluru International Short Film Festival 2022, South Asian Short Film Festival 2022, Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2022, and has been selected at premiere short film festivals around the world.
The film is constantly winning the hearts of thousands of people at film festivals all around the world. It’s a very interesting story that explores the connection between two strangers which may be brief, but is very meaningful.
The director Nitya Misra has brought that out through a conversation between a recently widowed woman working through her loss and her hairstylist.
